Cell is a creation of Dr. Gero. He is not really "evil" but he reminds me of Goku, always looking for the perfect fight. He is the third main villain in the DBZ saga and he is also one of the most powerful. He is a bio-mechanical android that is capable of absorbing another fighters DNA to make him much stronger and give hime different abilities than he would have not had otherwise. He obsorbs other androids to achieve is best form or "Perfect Cell". He is finally defeated by SSJ2 Gohan after he killed Goku.
